If a pier site is leased the member must have Liability Insurance on the Pier Site. The Pier Site number must be listed on the policy and the LLPOA indicated as “Additional Interested Party”. This insurance is typically through the members Homeowners Insurance policy. Usually there is no additional cost on your policy for this coverage.

Club House along with current photocopies of boater’s Liability Insurance, boat registration, boating license and Safe Boating certificate for our records. At that time, your boat decal will be issued and affixed to your boat (s), and you will receive the new Boat Ramp lock combination. Power Boat decals cannot be purchased by mail
