Membership and Fees

Dues are subject to NJ Sales Tax.

Annual Dues

Property or Social Membership. Membership includes use the lake at designated member swim areas, use of LLPOA facilities including the clubhouse and grounds, fish at esignated areas and the ability to use a boat* (power or non-power). Members are also eligible to lease a private pier site.

* Fees apply for boat registration decals. $10 each for non-power boats, $55 for power boats.

** For the first year, there is a ONE TIME Dam Maintenance fee of $100 on all new memberships or $200 on new me

Boat Insurance and Inspection

New Members with power boats must bring their boat(s) to the

Clubhouse along with current photocopies of boater’s Liability Insurance, boat registration, boating license and Safe Boating certificate for our records. At that time, your boat decal will be issued and affixed to your boat (s), and you will receive the new Boat Ramp lock combination. Power Boat decals cannot be purchased by mail.
