Join the LLPOA to rent Piers, swim, boating & fishing in the lake

Members enjoy the benefits of swimming, fishing and boating on the lake. 

In addition private piers that ring the lake are available for yearly rental.  Members enjoy: Use of  beach and picnic areas, access to CLubhouse, Snack Bar & ability to rent the grounds and Hall for parties, access to Laurel Lake Boat Ramp for boating & fishing.  Due to County regulations, only property members may swim at the Lake House pier and beach. 

There is the sense of being a part of something, of working together to help form a  better community. From sponsoring activities for our area’s children and young adults, to helping with community cleanups, and finding new ways to join with and serve our neighbors, there is a feeling of community, a belonging that is increasingly missing in today’s fast-paced lifestyles.
